Domiciliary Home Care
We are looking for Community Care Workers to work through Conwy and Denbighshire counties. Previous experience in care would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
You will be required to provide personal care, perform domestic duties, promote independence, and generally support service users in their own homes and within a community setting.
